Established in 1997, Rotary Family Service Centre (FSC) is a project of the Foundation of Rotary Clubs (S) Ltd in partnership with the Ministry of Community Development, Youth & Sports (MCYS).
The primary focus of a Family Service Centre is to provide emotional & financial guidance to residents in the neighbourhood. The service boundary set by MCYS for Rotary FSC is the Clementi - West Coast region.

• DIRECTOR – Takes full responsibility for the management, efficiency and professional development of Rotary Family Service Centre as a professional centre providing the following services:
  • Casework & Counselling
  • Preventive & Developmental Programmes
  • Information & Referral Service
    
    
• ADMIN MANAGER – Is responsible for HR Matters, Periodic Financial Reports and general administrative functions
  
  
• SENIOR SOCIAL WORKER – Takes responsibility for the efficient functioning of the Casework & Counselling Department.  Handles complex cases such as Mandatory Family Violence, Mental Health issues etc. and mentors Social Workers in management of cases. Develops programmes to meet the counselling needs of various groups of clients. For eg. Support group for victims of Family Violence, Counselling for Youth on Probation
  
  
• SOCIAL WORKERS – Undertake Casework for Individuals and Families, conduct home visits, outreach in the neighbourhood and connect clients to other social service providers to meet the clients’ needs
  
  
• ASSISTANT SOCIAL WORKERS
  
  
• PROGRAMME CO-ORDINATORS
  • Senior Citizens – Plan and organize activities of interest for Senior Citizens leading to active involvement of seniors in the neighbourhood. Actively engage volunteers to organize talks, health screenings, talks and outings for Senior Citizens.
  • Children – Plan and organize educational & recreational activities for Primary School children. Actively engage volunteers and parents to organize indoor and outdoor programmes for the children.
