Beneficiaries of donations Individuals or Families that approach Rotary FSC for help are registered according to the primary issue facing the individual or family.
Help is provided within the Many Helping Hands Framework. They are not only provided with guidance on community resources available, counselling is provided in case of emotional issues. Couples are referred to Rotary FSC by the Police, Hospitals and Schools etc for counselling. A fee is charged based on a sliding scale based on the family income.
Those from low-income families are provided services free of charge. Moreover, Family Income is considered when residents register for the Children’s or Senior Citizens’ Programme. Preference is given to residents from low-income families.
